Scout'n'stats

Question: when you scout someone and the report shows their stats, speed defence etc, does it show their basic attribute points or attribute + whatever tech level they have ?

A full scout will show number of resources, number of troops, prestige, attribute points and skill points. It will not show the value of any treasures they own that are additional to there attribute points.

A part scout will show vague numbers of troops, next to each troop type it will show a phrase.
Scouting
"Several" 0~9
"One or two dozen" 10~24
"Dozens" 25~49
"Scores" 50~99
"One or two hundred" 100~249
"Several hundred" 250~499
"Hundred" 500~999
"One or two thousand" 1000~2499
"Several thousand" 2500~4999
"Thousands" 5000~9999
"Over 100 hundred" >=10000

Thanks nathan, that's cool, so you could get a nasty surprise when you think you'll just walk all over someone hehe and I guess that as well as treasure related ugrades, tech level upgrades also don't show up in scout reports, which is kind of what I originally asked....?
