Not sure what's wrong, but can't get into city

Hi. I tried to open Haypi and I got "Communicating, please try later" msg. It wouldn't go away. So I reinstalled the app. I got the login in screen and tried to login and it said, " you already have an account and your ID is _______. " Now all I get is the background art. Nothing else. Just wallpaper. I can't login and no other options. So now what do i do?

idk never had so much mess up i guess un install app and hard reset then reinstell app if nothign message support

Ok.. tried that. Same thing. When I go to login I get "Your device is already registered. Your ID is ___." And then blanks screen and that's it. Grrrr

Any other ideas? How do I message support?

.... .... crap i cant think of the email address atm i fail... and there has been alot of problems with that i have seen and haypi i theroy is workign for a cure.
