Don't double post, use the edit button. Support is quite busy at the moment, with the recent demotion and the investor thing. Give them time and they'll make the wait worth it

if you want to really complain, tell support, or Thomas. really, you should complain to apple, if apple isn't helping you though. first, decide who isn't helping you, apple? or support?
