if you are 1 or 2 levels higher than someone, you dont lose the prestige. or as previously stated, the coefficient is still 1.

Actually being a few title levels above your victim can bear effect only if you lose troops in the process of killing them. I don't have any idea what the algorithm is (since I obviously don't code for haypi), but I've attacked a LOT of players and have noticed the difference.

So to put it simple, the lower your victim's general title is (compared to yours), the less lenient the system is on the amount of prestige you gain and vice versa.

yes. but being 1 or 2 levels difference, isnt too noticeable....maybe 500 prestige at max.
