Problem with title upgrade

Hi, I'm a beginner of this game.
I have a problem with the "task". I had compleate all the task but i can't chamge my "title" couse I don't have the "general upgrade".
Why?? I read the "help" for undertstand but I didn't found a solution for this problem.
Can someone help me? Thanks

Once you complete each task, you need to click on it and press GET REWARDS. . .this will bring up newer tasks and you will eventually get to the UPGRADE GENERAL TITLE tasks.

do tasks and soon the upgrade task rewards task will show up. you need a certain amount of prestige (200 i believe) to lev up

Just tell them to read the requirments page of that task, and they should understand
