How do I purchase loyalty for a city under attack?

Once you lose loyalty, head on over to your main building and you'll see the option to use coins to replenish your loyalty. It costs 5 coins per time to fully replenish your loyalty back to 100.

but you do regain 10 loyalty every hour, or whatever the exact numbers are
