Chat not working

If you have the iPhone with ios4 go out of the app (home button). Double click the Home Button and it will bring up the standby screen, close the Haypi app (it won't delete it so don't worry). Then restart the app and log in as you usually would.

For the iTouch I suggest turning off the device completely for a few mins or deleting and re-installing the haypi app.

If you have kept the app up, and you put your ipod into stand by, the chat kind of resets itself. Usually when someone posts it returns (when you dont see the loading circle)

if that doesnt work, do what redgun suggested
