They don't agree to them upon sign up?

You do realise the scope of that don't you?
Effectively no rules exist in that sense.

That MUST be changed.

Re: Mutes without Warnings?

When I signed up for haypi there weren't any rules besides the basics. The common sense rules. Some of the reasons for being muted ( I.e. Impersonating an expert) aren't really specified. People might do something wrong by accident and get muted without a warning. That's not fair to the muted person. If there's a guy knowingly breaking the rules they're should still be a warning, and then a mute if they don't stop. Most experts are good at warning people but some aren't. I like almost all the experts they've really earned their positions. But I just want to clear this issue up a bit. Thanks for all your posts

No one signed any laws that law enforcement enforces to the general public but the rules are there. Same concept applies to haypi

Experts are humans and mistakes can be made. Heck I was just muted 20 minutes ago when an expert tried to PM me and muted me lol. Now 98% of the time there is a reason for the mute and most experts know who the people are they should mute as well

Re: Mutes without Warnings?

Generally there should be 3 warnings before an expert uses mute and we always inspire our experts to use as least mute as they can.

But i do understand when facing some regular rule breakers and alt account users sometimes it is extremely hard to keep the balance between obeying the rules and keeping the chat clean. Experts may have different standards but always skipping the warning is not something should be recommended and always violation to the rules should lead to a permanent ban.

There we go. The haypi admin say not 1, but 3 warnings.
