Alliance scouting

I think haypi should make it to where u can scout any of ur alliance memeber but only the leader and vice could that way they could keep better track of their players XD

I scout my Alliance members daily for troops at home when they're offline.

I mean for players who have max scouting it is always good to see their SARS and resources XD
