when i press Fusion i got crash and game closed ...

We've tested the Fusion feature and also checked your account and haven't recreated the crash issue during the Super Rune Gem fusion process yet.

Our test environment is:
Client Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower 1.8.2
iPhone 4S iOS 8.1.3
English language
Tested on all types of rune gems and fusion.

Test result: no crashes occurred.

Please tell us your iPhone and iPad generation info, iOS version no. on your iPad and memory size or capacity info.

If your memory size is small and you are having many applications running at the same time in background or multi-tasking during the gameplay, your phone might run out of memory and crash from time to time.

Can you give us your iPad device details so that we can test on iPad as well? And please confirm your iOS version no. with us again. iOS 3.8 is a really old one and we don't think you still have access to it, are you referring to iOS 8.3 here? Meanwhile, with regard to the memory size, is the 11 GB free related to your iPhone or iPad?

Hi,

We've tested the Fusion feature again and never found any abnormal situation.
1) Make sure you don’t have a jailbreak device.
2) Uninstall and reinstall the game(Important).
3) Close all other apps, clear cache in your device by Settings-Safari-Clear History, clear Cookies and Data.
