PLS help me to check that whether the 120 gold coins received or not.The corresponding bill is the order NO.M2MBDYF7YK in the apple store.

And help me to confirm that the 120gold coins is purchased by this order NO.
M2MBDYF7YK.

我们查看发现您在5月25日到今天有一笔有效订单并收到了一笔金币(120)。如果您有多于1笔的交易被扣款,请您联系苹果客服寻求帮助哈。

I have this same problem as many people here, because of Festival event I decided it's a good time to make my first large purchase and get Orange Egg Legendary and Scroll Legendary monster. So I went to purchase Barrel of Coins for $100, suppposed to give me 1600 gold coins so i can get good use of special event.

But the moment I press 'ok' on purchase it goes through well enough charges me $108 dollars on my bank statement, and then gives me a message saying 'purchase failed' and I get NOTHING.

This is unacceptable, Haypi Staff I am very disappointed and upset.

I have messaged you in support center immediately and still received no response 2 hours later. It seems i will now miss the event rewards and be screwed out of my money. I have also contacted Apple Support about this issue since I am not receiving a response from Haypi support my case ID:
659454519

In the past Haypi support has been VERY VERY good and very understanding and helpful of it's customers. I expect you will help me resolve this issue and provide me good extra compensation for the trouble and for the time I lose on activity from bad purchase.

Please contact me ASAP either in-game or here on forum via Private Message and let's fix this so everybody is happy again.

Hi haypi,

I just made a rune package coin deal at around 8plus pm singapore time. And the screen hanged. I restart and chk no coin n rune received. Try purchase again around 4 to 5 times more, it shows me purchase has been made n it will br restore for free. Then i click the ok button. And i wait there is still no runes n 120 coins in my acct. please help....

For Paypal Users
Please tell us: the time and date when the purchase has been made; your full name; email address registered to your paypal account; transaction id (very important)
