Player Account seems to be missing (?)

I just updated Haypi monster and now it says my User does not exist. I tried to retrieve my password just to check and I got sent all of my account information. So It definitely exists. I also tried to type in a different password at Login. The game claims I use the incorrect password for the account but when I put in the correct password, it claims it doesn't exist. My Account is the same as my forum name. Please help.

Apparently I had to update the venide version and my account is on that version of the app. What is Venide anyway? Is there any way to transfer my account to the original app?

Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower for Venide is our customized version for Venide, one of our collaborators.

Your account was registered via venide client, so when you logged in via Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower yesterday you encountered the login problem. Because Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower and Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower for Venide, they are two seperate applications. I'm sorry to inform you that we cannot transfer your account data to the other application because they are not crossed.

Although it's a customized client version, the standard for customer service, game design, quality ...etc. remain the same as our own application. Thus, we sincerely hope you can continue your journey in the current venide application.

You can feel free to download and experience the original application as a beginner if you like for sure.
