Tested and confirm that the reported accounts are accessible.
Could you please force close the application through App Management > Phone Settings (for android users) or kill the application from multi-tasking list by double tapping "Home", long pressing the application icon, then tapping on "-" on top right conor of the application to kill it (for iOS users) ; then confirm your device network connectivity and stability and try again?
Please also note that android and ios servers cannot cross. And servers for different client game versions cannot cross neither. So if you login your android account on an iOS device, you'll receive "User does not exist" notification and vice versa. Meanwhile, if you login your amazon account through Googleplay game client, you'll also receive error message and vice versa.
