I as well found Devil within 1 week of the release, heck, I found him within 1 hour I believe, but that doesn't prove that it is easy to obtain.

Look asshole, just cus its easy for you doesnt mean its easy for everyone else. I spent 2 and a half weeks, everyday searching for over 3 hours for angelo and have only caught one. Its designed to spawn anywhere very rarely. I caught devil within a half hour of its release, but my friend spent a week and a half of hard searching and barely caught it. Grow up and get a brain, there is no "strategy", you're just an overconfident narcissist.

There is a strategy to find angelo and devil fast?
Its like havin a strategy how to get always every ABC from
Wheel.

Show us your strategy and if its workin 100% ill believe you
but if its workin only 50% then we all are right and its all based
on Haypis algorithm that makes you believe there is luck.

I luckily encountered a Devil in SS-13 and sadly had the Auto button on.
As I recognized that it was Devil itself able to be caught, it was destroyed as fast too
