Why is that when it is raining and the opponent is a lightning type vs earth type why is it the earth type doesnt cast a sandstorm weather... Unlike on other counterpart element if the weather is different it first cast its specific weather...

The earth type monsters have an advantage than lightning type in element. The element advantage is higher than weather. Thanks for your support.

How about plantosaurus vs setanic and plantosaurus vs leviathan for example planto has the advantage but still manage to cast sun weather each time setanic/levi change the weather.... How about that situation? So it should be applicable for setanic to cast weather also even on a lighning opponent then the weather is rain ...

It's extremely complicated to make a computer think like a real human.
If they would add in your suggestion, it will be to your disadvantage in other situations.
The AI can't think for itself, it just follows a certain rule, wether it's a smart decision in that situation or not.
