Mirror Shield question

guys, i wud just like to ask
what if i used mirror shield on a super slow monster.
Will it cast mirror shield first or other monster can attack
him first before he can cast mirror shield.

Mirror Shield isn't an ''always first'' move, so you'll be last.
Unless Night Weather is up ofcourse.
