I got this response after a week of sending 3 tickets.

Simply put: I just wasted about $300 on monsters I did not receive.
Good job Haypi, you're not getting a single penny from me again.

I'd advice you all not to spend any more money at this game, seeing how they'll rip you off and call it ''bugs'' then do nothing to fix it.
