I even said it's Plant-only in my own Guide ...

Had an idea... Why Not put SFB on pega? In Weather it will change it to magical attak...and pega Doesnt Needs normal Atk so it Doesnt Cares about Atk decreases

Both Mind-Bending and Psychic Thrust would deal more damage, especially with the 2x hit in Magic Storm.
It's a good idea to counter Ice and Plant monsters though!

It'd be good in a Server that has a lof of Plant and Ice monsters, but else I'd just stick with Mind-Bending/Psychic Thrust and use that STAB to its fullest .

Nice idea frodory - when i get SFB through ABC ill try some day.
I have some Fenrirs and some Behe on my server... would be interesting
if psychic thrust or sfb deals more dmg to fenrir ( high mdef -.- )

Id take:

Eye of the Storm
Mind-Bending
Psychic Thrust
Meditation (or a second Psychic Thrust)
Magic Storm

I'd avoid non-psychic moves altogether, only thing that resists Psychic is Psychic Barrier and your MDEF lets you tank any Ice hits while you kill or cast weather leaving SFB only better when fighting Plant and much much worse when fighting Water monsters (who usually have Rain Prayer dropping SFB damage to 1/4 of your ATK stat damage).

Oh and SFB against Plant and Ice does 2x MATK based damage only if your weather is up, whereas your Psychic Thrust in your weather does 1.5x damage with STAB of a 1.5x damage hit from a Psychic Thrust double hit which actually adds up to ~2.25x damage against those same monsters. And if Magic Storm is not up, SFB does 120 power of your ATK stat, Mind-Bending does a 90 power hit with the overall damage multiplied by 1.5 for STAB and using your much higher MATK stat.

A Bud Level. 1 could kill an S Behemoth .
But yes, a C Draco can definitely kill a Behemoth, shouldn't be too much of a problem, seeing how Behe would cast weather first.
