Why?

Okay this is driving me mad now, kattie and my other accounts and mates other accounts cannot log on, at all .. Has been like this for 2 days now! Im seriousley not happy about this at all .. Missing out on so much stuff i dont get why the accounts wont log in but koenaj and jackcb and other players can log on as normal. Why why why

At least tomorrow you will get response/help.
And they will give a compensation when they are

It is so strange that in the same server, someone can login as normal but someone not, I really need an explanation on that issue, it is the third time I encounter this problem

I cannot login again, again, and again, but Haypi wont admit that it is their problem, very upset about that, anyway, i won't play anymore, it is very disappointed for your reply and attitude. BYE!!

Guess what I can't log in again and again and again it goes on for two days, and haypi say it's my connection .. But it's not because I go to my mates house and use their connection I can use other accounts on same connection, but my main account will not log on, this clearly has nothing to do with my connection I want to know what is going on .. Really isn't fare how I have to miss out on my main account it's driving me insane now!!!!!!!!!
