Good question..i think only on plant but dunno 100%
Memory Wipe cleares it too.. I think for psychic only too.

Cleansing Powder is for Plant, Ghost, Psychic and Physic Epic & Legendary monsters.

ah yes memory wipe, have angelo out for the fight anyways, and yeah cleansing works on psy too...gunna also replace a skill on angelo for electric net to paralyze the fairy. argh, hopefully i can get more than 20 seals in this time to catch her...

Soak/photo would help to stay longer in fight but
