My eventual plan for Seta:
Forti
PoD
Iaijitsu+5
Boulder+5 x 2

My current Seta:
Sand Therapy
PoD
Sandstorm
Boulder+5 and Boulder+4

I had ladder in mind for this build since it seemed Seta rarely used sandstorm. Then it would use MBoulder and die like a fly, so I sacrificed power for durability. You might also try an Invalidate build with sandstorm and three MBoulders.

Ai was fixed, now its more "smart" and cast weather before using 120 dmg moves

Yes, if I didn't have a bunch of other skills to collect and upgrade I would add MBoulder now. Maybe eventually.

Does AI use Soak/Photo in Ladder? Didnt try it now for months ago.

They might after V1.5.
I haven't really bothered, didn't get Soak/Photosynthesis for this actual reason. Before V1.5, they did not use them.
