Not receiving boss essence

Killed 2 bosses now and not got any boss essence?

It's a common bug.
You are, however, immediately able to find your next boss raid, so I'd just try your luck with that.

Just killed another boss and same again, no boss essences, is there no way to get this bug fixed? Or to get the boss essences I'm losing out on?

Not that I know .
It's annoying as hell to lose them every time, but eventually your boss won't dissapear.
There are people on this forum that lost up to 11 bosses in a row .
