Missing Boss at Boss Raid Activity

Hi Haypi Admins/Support,

Can I ask if you can restore my Boss Raid because it took me 4 days before I found my Boss only to lose it again. Until now, since yesterday after it went missing i have yet to encounter another Boss. I went on to farm for another but it seems the system is treating it as if i am on cool down already even though the timer says i can hunt for another boss.

I hope you can address this please.

Almost everyone has this problem.
Some people haven't found their Boss Raid for 2 weeks, or lost them over 10 times.
