"Angry" doesn't begin to cut it when you have put hundreds into a game (and some people have put in thousands more), along with huge time investments, and they bail on you...

I asked Gm, she explained that this pirate game is managed by a different team, haypi monster has its own team. But they both belongs to Haypi company. They are registered and headquarered in Shanghai China. The company's Chinese name is 海 湃

Haypi has been working on haypi pirates for over a year, it would completely shock me if they have nothing to do with this game.
