EoL should has another use . at least make it exchangeable with EoW, can add some currency like 1 EoL => 5 EoW. While 10 EoW => 1 EoL. so its pretty balance and we cant exchange those without thinking first.

or maybe 1 EoL => 2 EoW while 20 EoW => 1 EoL. at least make the EoL be more useful. should be nice if we can exchange them, as the looks of the items almost the same, 1 is green and 1 is blue.
