I don't suggest using Waterspout, it's very risky.
It will indeed to a big chuck of damage to Lightning & Plant monsters, but I don't think it's worth it. You're sacrificing about 75% of your health for ±50% damage. I don't know what damage it'll do with PoD, but I doubt it's enough to 1hit the opponent.
Finally back on track and ready to help you guys :D!

In 2v2 and Dual duel it's not good at all IMO. If you spout 1 opponent and it either uses a buff skill or attacks your team mate, you just wasted a turn where you could have used a normal skill and did damage.

A res pewg with waterspout could be awesome in 1v1. Chimera will ohko it and then pewg can res and ohko chimera in return right?

Only if you use it before res, if you die before it does nothing. About OHKO on chimera i dont know.

Re: Waterspout final verdict?? good or bad?

Does the return damage become physical or is it still water? If it's a water attack then this skill completely sucks. If it's physical, using waterspout every turn as long as you're facing a chimera will ensure you get it on a turn he ohko's you and you return massive damage, which should kill him. It'll definitely kill gryph, thing gets ohko if I accidentally tap him on the screen.

Good question, not sure what type atk it sends back. I have only tested it with alt accounts and they arent that high of level. If someone that pvp's a lot with waterspout could chime in, it would be great.

Re: Waterspout final verdict?? good or bad?

OK sorry for rushing that reply. A really good technique you can use with pewgway is when a monster like neon, smiter etc. attacks, most people want to OHKO you, so pewgway can get OHKO’d, then it resurrects, then uses waterspout as most OHKO mobs(which OHKO pewg) are faster than pewgway so it’ll die but in the same turn it’ll res then us waterspout. I don’t think this’ll be in Ladder but it is really effective to wipe out most legendaries and epics.
