Expert rushing water element bug

I rushed Sealed Space expert 15 and it says no items or water types and I have a water type on my loadout and I was able to rush it.

You can do whatever you want with rushes, bring all lvl 1s if you want.

You never noticed this? I thought this was general knowledge by now. But yea like schwag said anything goes with level rush, if it says only 2 monsters allowed you an still have 4 etc...
