I contacted them almost over 24 hours ago and I haven't heard anything from them

You can't expect them to answer your ticket right away.
Keep in mind that you're not the only person that sends them a ticket. They have to check if what you're saying is correct aswell.
Give them 1 to 3 days.

Did support reply to your ticket? To see the reply you have to go to menu/help/support/ and click the see reply tab. Support won't send you a reply in your mail in game.
If you new all this already, Im sorry for spelling it out again.

Also Haypi dooesn't work on the weekends, so yesterday and today would be the time they had to get your ticket and research it.

With regards to the reward for sending monster to pals, we've confirmed that you should have received the chest. Therefore we have added a book chest for you. Please check your attached mail.
