A Gambler doesn't complain about not winning the jackpot, it clearly states that its a random monster, you could get 33 funkis you never know because its random.

Now if you were an "adult" you would know off the top of your head that the best way to contact support would be directly through an intake feature or through the email that's provided, not to open what seems like a cry for attention. You just seem disappointed in that everyone didn't jump on the band wagon and go YEA SCREW HAYPI!!!

I honestly don't know in what other language to state this, so let me make a formal request for Haypi forums. To please include a help/support section, Trolls are a plague, The internet's version of Herpes. They are there and you know you can't get rid of them, but you wish they would just go away for 5 seconds so you can go on about your day.

Yes i came to Haypi forums...looking for Help/Support section. Didn't see it anywhere so I posted in my grievance in the general section, because you know it's 'general' in the hopes that they'd help me with it, you know help a PAYING costumer, not the freeloading fans which perhaps some of you are. But an actual PAYING customer with a grievance.

I'm not at all bothered of wether you agree with me or not. I haven't tried to convince you guys nor have I addressed any of you to dispute your opinions of wether i am right or wrong. Simple fact is you guys are NOT haypi employees, it is THEM that I am interested in disputing this with.

Why are you trolls? Because you flame-bait, name call and generally bring a lot of negativity to try to stir the pot. A.k.a Trolling.

I really liked this game up until last night, reminded me of my high school pokemon days when it first came out. However I expect to be heard by customer support when I pay money for something and encounter a problem.

So please do keep your opinions to yourself if you can't discuss things reasonably without trolling others. It brings down the maturity level in general, they say a kitten dies in south america every time a Troll opens his cyber mouth. Save the kittens.

Long winded? You must read very little. I'm not surprised.

I appreciate your brevity however. I did use that function and there's a size limit my msg was cut which was annoying so i came to the forums where usually there IS a help/support section. It is not an unreasonable thing to do

That's flame-baiting. At least in my day that was a no-no in forums. I'm too old, or something. But i'd say they trolled me pretty hard without my issue being addressed to any of them or the community at all.

As you said, i'm new, and this is the 'general' section it only made sense to post here when there's no help/support section to post in. I even considered this in the last bit of my first opening post I bring up that I may have posted it in the wrong section and to excuse me for it as I just couldn't find where else this kind of thread should go.

I 100% believe people have a right to state their opinions. But when the very first reply I get is not from the HM support team but joe-smuck saying 'your an idiot'...

I can only point my finger and yell 'troll' for that is not the way normal people discuss things. Let me also point out that this same person has apparently been trolling others in the forums to the point of starting up a 'lets meet up and fight it out' situation. In my experience this only happens to Trolls that take it too far. Reasonable people don't get to that point. Perhaps the moderator team should keep a closer eye on this fellow in the future, and his conclave, trolls like to mob up.

In any case, I really did not intend to be discussing this with any one other than HM customer support. Matter of fact I will make a thread oficially requesting a customer support/help section in the forums. Every respectable company with a forum should have that.

1st - You posted in the wrong section , if you wanted to find out a place to post your support queries it should of been a post asking whats the best way to contact the support.

2nd - It took me less than a minute for me to notice the in-game function to contact support, I also simply scrolled down to the bottom of the website and saw a The Team Tab which has all the admins and moderators personal info and a direct way of sending a personal message.

3rd - The way you described the poor odds of getting higher grade monsters indicates to me that you think it's bugged since you only got one epic monster, there's a bug section on the website.

4th - Even though some people directly called you an "idiot" it doesn't mean you can accuse everyone of been a troll and describing people as children just because they didn't share your views. You also directly insulted me, claiming your not surprise I don't read much.

Again you read a description on an item in game and it said random monsters, you received random monsters, there shouldn't be a problem.
