Neon for me , better talent , better stats in everything except for speed

Rhor is better... Hahah. But get both! For gryph! And an invalidate neon for all the PoD monsters..

Rhor = beast without pod or talents

Neon = needs talents to be good

Neon is better but only because of it's talents, put the same talents on rhor, and rhor is better. As long as you don't miss.

Neon is better in all stats except speed

Neon is in every stat better except speed.
Neon has great talents like adapt/invalidate/accelerator
Will be even better with PoD
Adapt with TS/STS is a huge threat for monsters.
Invalidate is a counter to PoD users.
Accelerator can make you even faster then Rhor.

Rhor is faster then Neon
Adrenaline makes it a strong monster everytime it kills a monster
Other talents are not that usefull for Rhor
Will be even better with PoD

Overall I like Neon more because its my favorite monster.

Rhor : look 8,5/10 stats 8/10 gameplay 8,5/10 overall 8,5/10*

I think it all depends on the Talents.
Rhor has Adrenaline, which will clearly beat Neon when Rhor managed to kill a few others before that.
On the other side, Neon has Adaptability, which will outrun Rhor by far.
Both are dependant on others, such as Rain Prayer, but as others said, Rhor doesn't need PoD to kill enemies of, whereas it'll be of a great help with Neon.

I have both neon and rhor but i prefer rhor, by the way my pal code is T3M8 ort3m8.

Stages = neon
Ladder=rhor
Pvp=neon
Boss raids=rhor
_ both can be great monsters if used on a good way , for me i prefer neon .
