I go to a Chinese forum daily, and people posted their Cetanic there,
Kinda like a forum, they call it Tieba. We can't edit, post only

I just posted a lv52 Cetanic, I think that's the highest lv of him so far,
Others I saw are around lv25, lv30, or just being made,
