not so good tank as good as setanic ( i think its his name) , he even got a super badass ATK for a tank

With Fortitude-2, this will be an extremely hard monster to defeat.
Underdog would be good against this, then!

It really is a tank but I'm not impressed with it at all - but that's just my opinion since the ones currently in my server seems to fall quite easily - much easier than I thought they would.

He seems average among his fellow legendary.

Yeah leviathan is areal threat to cerberus, even with sup fire bomb, underdog and celestrial, I can only took out half of levi's health
