Well our support must suck it takes anywhere from 1-3 days on weekdays.

Hi Frontzota,
The Haypi Monster Support team is a 5-person team and not all the members work weekends. If you submit a ticket on a Friday, you might not get a response until Monday. Haypi staff also does not work on national Chinese holidays.

Sharon is usually pretty good with answering like kris said. i'm sure there's a good reason she doesn't right away front, I mean they are pretty understaffed

5 people? For how many servers? How many players? Wth haypi that's not even trying to satisfy costumes.

It's always been like that. People don't get how much work support really does sometimes, that's a lot of work for 5 people

Same here, but not sure why it always takes so long when they only ever respond saying the same thing 'thank you, we are looking into it bla bla bla'
