I love how parents are dumb enough to let their kids use their devices and then give them the apple password. Cause obviously they won't buy anything right? Stop complaining that people have more money than you do to spend here, that's what it comes down to.

No I'm pretty sure I understood that pretty well. You're crappy parents who buy your kids off and then sue when they then spend more than you allowed instead of checking up on them and your financial information like a responsible adult (I do and I don't even have kids). Why are you so mad? YOU gave your minor, your device, and credit card and password. Haypi didn't force you to give it to them, you did all on your own. If you need to get mad at something get mad at yourself before you get your panties in a bunch.

If they actually took the time to look at the Haypi terms of use (I'm amazed how no one ever does) then they would know they by not playing and quitting+deleting the game they terminate the agreement are therefore in eligible to receive any type of refund they *may* have received from haypi or apple for that matter even though they've always had a no refund policy anyway. It's cute how just cause people make more money and rub it in other's faces that they somehow know more than those people, even though in most cases other people did all the work and they just prosper.

What u don't get is that this guy is gonna sue (it's spelt wrong I know ) for what $100? That's what vip4 is right? If he is so angry about $100 I can make that in a day, yet he makes more then both of lord's parents? It's a hundred dollars why are you so mad??? If you make so much? Like I'm 15 and $100 isn't much. So obviously this guy is lying about making so much money. Plus who reads the user agreement for ANY game? It's like ten pages long?
