Catch Rate %?
Are the catch rates glitched or something? I had 100 seal cards and decided to go catch a pair of Cygness', I just caught my first one with the first seal card.

Lol it's random & just pure luck. I caught my breeding pair with only two seals and others can't get one with over 300 it's all just random dumb luck. It's also a 2% chance to catch
