I don't think you are allowed to register under the same name

Your not, I think it was alittle different then the original.

And yes send a ticket if it doesn't help then ya I got nothing to say but try to recall which server you were in and all important information and best to write it down.

That was what I thought, I was checking if able to change to a server with more players. So I click "New Account" and then log in again with the same username. Then I clicked "START", a list of server will show up, I randomly click server 101 and started a new game. After that I was unable to return to my original server, and lost all my progress.

Find the GM, that's the only way.

Hi all,
I worte 3 support message and got 1 reply after a day, advising me how to get my password back.
I already made myself real clear I lost all progress after accidently changed server using the same game account.
Just want to know if anyone lost game progress and got it back by the support of GM. I am really unable to play this game after so much time and spent of coins, and have to start all over again. If it just won't do, I guess I just have to give up this game

Sorry I'm on my phone right now, but try to search the forum. This problem sounds exactly the same as someone before you. Not sure, but if you find it it'll be of some help.

On the other hand I thought that you couldn't use the same account name. When I tried using my own, few months ago, it wouldn't let me because it said the account name was already used.

Do hope you get this problem resolved, sorry I am not of much help.
