Pressure question

If I have 2 of the same skills on a mob. Like Massive boulder in 2 skill slots.
If I use Massive boulder in say slot #1 will both the skill slots in #1 and #2 be penalized by pressure?

I would think that pressure is designed to affect the skill slots's PP rather than be aimed at the name of the move. So, no I don't think that pressure would lower the PP of both slots, but then again.... Haypi logic.
