I did have to guess which of the languages I need to change to and it did take 2 tries but it worked perfectly.

I just matched the symbols from SS here. Got it right the first time. Of course I have a laptop here for forums and FB.

I do have to ask, How the hell and who thought of this as a solution? Unbelievable how some folks brains just work!!

I think they may have had this language and the daily rewards worked on them so they sent out the message that it worked and the only difference between his/her game and the others is that their languages are different.
Just hazarding a guess!

Anyway, the problem seems to have been fixed so we're happy!

To answer a few of your questions, I did not find out about this, someone in my Server told me about it, and that person got it from the Facebook group.
Also, regarding to the language, I live in The Netherlands, and I don't know if the order of languages is the same for every country / Device / Generation of device.
