Punishment

What are the conditions? I've only tried it after my opponent has used pod as I was advised by some on my server.

I'm a bit confused now. I thought all the new books were only usable by their own elements? Thought only Verte and Meniss could use it?

Anyway, I have Punish +2 on my Vertedeath (Penetrate).
Both my opponent and I use PoD and then I 1shot my opponent with Punishment. Have not had any opponent with PoD survive it yet.

The conditions are that the more buffs you have the more damage it does. Force 3, MDEF, Whirling Flame proc are all buffs. Not sure if this is accurate, but it seems like force 3 counts as 3 buffs for bonus damage. can someone confirm/deny this for me, please?

I assumed that this only works for Ghost-types as well.

It might be the same situation as Ice-type monsters being able to learn Earth-types skills (?) or some other type being able to learn Earth-type skills a while back.
They might have forgotten the filter (condition statement) that prevents other types, apart from Ghosts, from being able to learn the skill.

It arrived at the same time as Vengeance and the mirror skills so I am assuming the bug relies on the lack of a preventative condition statement.
