I've read that Haypi doesn't give their percententage to the public, so I think no one knows the exact rate on encountering.

I cant even encounter one Angelo since update although I farmed every 5 hours per day!! Haypi.....You r such a MISER man!!!!!

Don't pay attention to any percentage haypi gives out anyway, they're all bogus. It's probably about a 0.5% chance.

I can say that everyone has a fair chance. Some people have already caught 2 and started breeding. I killed mine. No, the map's auto-sandstorm killed him.

Not that intrested but i love those monsters so they are for my collection
