Draco in Plain Eggs?

Can we obtain Draco from Plain Eggs?

i have opened over 20 eggs and the only good thing i got out of it was a draco. the rest were powch, katch.... all e- grades and lvl1 so those arent even good for sacrificing unless you lvl them.

I got a second Draco but it was the same gender as the one I had before. Hoping I get another, though! They might be needed for the legendary monster so I really hope I get an opposite gender!

Plenty of people on my server have received dracos from plain eggs as well. Seems to be the more common epic to receive out of them all.
