I'm breeding a Cygness right now but i could buy a thunderstorm in the shop for 315 because of the daily offer if i disenchant the book. My Neon only has lightning strike and thunder blast(why doesn't it just learn lightning)
55 Damaga doesn't sound to high i don't know why this skill is an advanced skill or does it hit two opponents?

yes it says it hit all opponents all skills that hit x2 ( all opponents ) are 55 power i think .

Nope not worth it. Cygness is really slow so it's a waste.

Depends whether you want your Cygness to be PVE, PVP, Boss raid or Ladder build. It's worth keeping tsunami only if you're going for PVE.
For boss build water bombs do more damage than water torrent because you get two shots with resurrect potions attached.

I have seen this move wipe opponents out in cs team mode. I say keep it

yes but rare. Out all the chest (50+)I opened I got 2 ABC.

I farmed Miracel Sea - 3 for 40 Minutes and got 1 Gold Key That's ridiculous
