Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?
Please contact Haypi Support ASAP (dragonsupport@haypi.com) with the following information:
i. For iTunes Users
Please tell us the time and date the purchase was made, along with your full name. Copy and paste the iTunes confirmation letter to us. The confirmation letter is sent to your email after each successful purchase.
ii. For Android Users
Please tell us the time and date the purchase has been made, your full name, and the email address registered to your Google In-App billing account. Copy and paste the Google Play (formerly known as Google Checkout) receipt along with your order number (this is sent to users after each successful purchase).
iii. Paypal
Please tell us the time and date your purchase was made, your full name, theemail address registered to your paypal account, and your transaction ID (very important).
Once we receive your letters, we will be able to help you solve your issue.
Please be aware of fraudulent discounts. Any unauthorized 3rd-party purchases may result in a permanent account ban.
