Who to use PoD on?

Alright so I just bought PoD from the book sale... and I have no clue who to teach it to. As of right now I have:

Ignightmare A- (Mixed A- and A) 49 Intimidate w/ Fire Blast, Pyroblast, Wild Fire and Celestial Prayer
Neon A (Pure) 44 Adapt w/ Super Thunderstorm, Lighting Strike, Slash and Thunder Blast
Cygness A (I finished breeding today)
Flight - I have a breeding pair at C and D+
Meniss - I have a breeding pair at C+ and C+

I'm also saving up Exp cards for quick leveling :p

I'd recommend to give PoD on a Pure S monster only.. Prioritization as follows based on your monster list..

1. Neon assuming w/ Adaptability
2. Flight assuming w/ Penetrate or Unbending
3. Cygness assuming w/ Adaptability or SPD Boost
4. Ignightmare assuming w/ Initimidate
5. Meniss assuming w/ Hypno-jinx 2 or Magic Force 2

I would say neon, but why would you stop breeding at A? S is a subtle difference, but definitely worth getting. Even though it may be a nuisance at first and seem like a pain because you're low on coins and need 54k and a super love potion for that last one, it's worth getting! But yeah, I would say neon Good luck!

I'm not gonna go for S rank, I don't just go full out attacking in PvP, I actually do something other than trying to tank hits. So I remove Thunder Blast or Slash on Neon?

Plus I'm saving up for Purity, I need about 250K right now. I won't breed till I get it too.

Hey, when i was like you i didnt want S ranked monsters but after awhile it bugs you and you eventually break down and get S ranked monsters. Dont waste a good move on a non S class monster.

BTW: Ninja, whats up? and stop trying to sell Neon's, Rhor FTW.

I used pod on my pure S Neon and it's a killer even though I don't have super thunderstorm on it. I suggest putting it on that and having adapt will make it even better.
