Sales book still haven't up to date

Hi, I am from server 10. The sales book timer was gone and the skill book were still the old one like yesterday. They all are haven't up to date.

I think this was fixed this morning (May 28). It certainly is working fine for my server now.
Are you still in the same set as two days ago?
