Bullhead, in the current game, it is a waste on Purrfectiom because Purrfection gets killed too easily especially by weather casters. I would put it on an invalidate Neon. Just ask the people in my server, as I am sure they would agree.

I am just not a fan of Psychic Thrust, unless it's on a Felicity who can 1 hit KO most weaker monsters.
Psychic Thrust should be coupled with an advantageous talent, like Natural Cure, or a move, like Memory Wipe, I believe. It's just not worth it to risk losing at least 1 turn after casting the move, possibly inducing damage on your own monster as well.
With regards to Neon, I always have a Mind Bending associated with Neon, instead of Psychic Thrust. It really is more reliable than Psychic Thrust, in my opinion. I find that it is rare to 1hit KO any monster using any monster that is not Psychic-type with Psychic Thrust, even if the monster is a Ghost-type.

Here is my question.
Will pyschic thrust + 115 matk (own tempo) mob do the same damage as
Mind bending + 145 matk mob?
Both mobs are the non-pyschic types

I have trunky i suppose u talking about him only but its speed is less and gets hit first.. With ignight ill be able to hit first and do damage before pod..then if vertex does pod then cunning ill get another turn before i get killed.. Thought trunky's mdef is lot better than ignight.. Thats why im confused..

Lexoph, I agree that mind-bending is better on Neon because it is more consistent and without the side effects of losing 1-5 turns confused. But, I was assuming that the player only had psychic thrust and wanted to know the best monster for it (other than Felicity which learns it on its own).
Because several top players in my server have multiple POD Vertedeaths in their ladder line-up, I need two invalidate Neons to counter them. One of my invalidate Neons has mind-bending and the other has psychic thrust (but only because I did not have a second mind-bending in my bag at the time).

No that's not my question.
I just asked if those two scenarios produce the same damage.
120 p. thrust + 115 matk does the same damage as
90 mind bending + 145 matk
Both mobs no -pyschic.
Nothing to do with turns or who goes first.

Uhmm no idea.. But i know that my mforce 2 trunky can half hit vertex with pod with mind bend.. Though i prefer to do cunning then mind bend instead of 2 mind bends..
