Support Mailbox

Hi everyone,

A lot of players have been complaining Support doesn't reply to their letters. The Support mailbox system can be very confusing, so I want to make a post about this.

Support letters go to your Support mailbox and not your normal mailbox. You can access your Support mailbox under Menu > Help > Support > "Tap here for the reply."

I did receive a reply and I sent a reply back with about 3 paragraphs. It gave me an error saying my message was too long and deleted what I wrote. Not worth retyping.

If you deleted your mailbox by mistake they won't refund you. It was your decision to delete wether accidental or not. Sadly, with those things in your power, they won't do anything because its your fault and not the servers.

Well, then at least remove the button "delete all"
I don't know about your device,
But on iphone it's too easy to press on it
If not delete this button, add approval question:
"Are you sure u want to delete all the mailbox?"
Very easy to do both

I purchased 3 packages since May 25, 13 and just got only 1 package.
I tried to contact with game support center and Sharon took care of me very bad.

I told her everything about order id, receipt date and amount. She just said I will check ASAP and disappeared. So far about a week that Sharon working hard lol.

I preferred to stop playing this game no more because of services.

Please let someone that have more responsible than Sharon to take care of me please. Just refund my money back to bank account and I will disappear like Sharon did to me.
