Please help me!

Hi! Im from server 25 id khang2311dt! After i had finished stone vault 9 expert mode, i saw 2 advance book chest ( rock ) on the reward! I got one in the first time and then i respined but i just got 1500 money! After that i returned home , opened the bag but i didn't see the book chest although there are 2 empty slots! I have checked it a thousand times but i cant see it! ( i have checked the mail too)! The time is between 22:35 and 22:45 ( +7 GMT)! Please check it and respond the book chest for me as soon as you can because i have found it for a long time! Im sure all of this story is the truth 100%! Thank you and goodbye
