enhance equipment with coins scam

If you use coins to enhance equipment rather then stones. The success rate is below 5%. It took me 29 tries to enhance equipment from 16-17. Success % was stated to be 32%. Thats not even 32%, of a 32%. Can I get a refund on this glitch.

32% doesn't mean its works 32% of the time, it means each time you enhance you have a 32% chance of it succeeding. this isn't a glitch you just have crappy luck

i agree. enhancing percentages are WAY off. Success is HIGHLY unlikely at high levels. I suggest that players wait until they have saved at least 400-500 stones before attempting upgrade as I usually fail consistently after one or two attempts and then fail again after collecting enough for a couple more tries. Support is inaccurate. Save your stones and wait... They are way off and it.s a rigged slot machine with horrible odds.

It's a chance of success, not a "you're going to enhance exactly this many times out of 100. It may be a scam, but not the way you think.
