Glider with Cloud Summoner

Although I haven't made it to fc expert yet, I know you can't change the weather, but does glider with cloud summoner make the blizzard away? It seems that it would make it so much easier in people if this works. I've tested it out on fc vet and it works so it's not bugged, but I'm just curious about fc expert. Thanks for the feedback!

The issue with FC expert I heard are
1) some maps you cannot change weather. Like how they restrict certain elements
2) npc mobs that are lvl 62. And you are lvl 50 so you miss too much, regardless of the weather

Glider does not work when weather change is restricted. Mob lvl is 55-59 & 4 monsters per battle.

In Swamp monsters are 62+ and you cannot change the weather

Do physical book Chest drop in exp swamp?
Yes they drop everywhere but is it main drop for swamp?

Expert swamp is bolt bead and advanced book chest (same as you can buy with honor in the shop)
